This is an opulent fruit driven wine. The color is deep black red with crimson hues. The nose is smoky with a cherry aroma infused with spice and earth. The palate is fleshy; displaying red fruit, charred wood, and is extremely well balanced.

A blend of Bendigo Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon and Heathcote Shiraz. This is a big rich chewy full flavored wine with ripe dark berry fruits and generous alcohol to add serious palate weight and warmth. Fruitcake, stewed plum flavors, minty vanillin Oak and firm tannins all combine to produce a complex wine. Decant prior to drinking.
